Delete your account

You can delete your Kingdom Pair account yourself, from inside the app, at any time. This page explains what happens when you do, and how to ask if you no longer have the app.

From the app

Open Settings, scroll to the bottom, and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm.

You do not need to contact us, and we will not ask you why.

What is deleted immediately

Your name, photographs, biography, location, date of birth, and every answer you gave about faith, family, relationship intentions and lifestyle.

Your likes, passes, matches, notifications and the record of this phone for notifications.

From that moment your profile is not shown to anybody and cannot be found.

What is deleted thirty days later

Your login — the email address and the account itself — and everything still attached to it, including the messages you sent.

The thirty days exist so that a deletion made by mistake, or in the middle of a dispute with another member, can still be looked at. Nothing of yours is visible to anybody during that time.

Reports and moderation records may be kept longer, because a record that disappears when the reported person leaves protects the wrong person.

If you no longer have the app

Email support@kingdompair.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will confirm by reply and carry out the same deletion described above.

We may ask you to confirm from that email address before acting, so that nobody can delete an account that is not theirs.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Kingdom Pair account does not cancel a Premium subscription — Google Play manages that, not us. Cancel it in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions, before or after deleting.
